Ugandan families and communities struggle to access healthcare, education and other basic services and young children suffer disproportionately. Paying school fees is beyond many families, especially where they have a lot of children. This means that many children are left sitting at home, waiting for their relatives to try to scrape together enough money to send them back to school. Matters are worse when a child is orphaned. WOH has over 20 years experience responding to children and their families, helping meet their need to ensure they are with hope and a future. But, we can never do it alone. Together we can change the conditions that affect many of the poorest children.
